Mahanand Yadav, Founder & Managing Director of Unity Facilities

Founder & Managing Director

Built by Someone Who Ran a Plant First

Mahanand Yadav

Before he founded Unity Facilities in 2005, Mahanand Yadav spent more than 15 years working inside manufacturing-industry management — not consulting from the outside, but running the day-to-day of plants: the shift rosters, the government-office visits, the statutory filings that had to clear before payroll could go out. That experience is the reason Unity's compliance practice reads the way it does today — specific, statute-literate, and built around what actually goes wrong on a factory floor, not generic HR-vendor language.

Mahanand founded Unity Facilities as a Pimpri-Chinchwad-based Pvt. Ltd. company in 2005, at a time when Pune's industrial belt — Chakan, Bhosari, Talegaon — was in the early years of the automotive and engineering manufacturing boom that would eventually bring companies like John Deere and Hager into the region. Two decades later, Unity has grown alongside that belt: from a single-office compliance and staffing practice to a company serving manufacturing clients across Pune, Nashik, and Kolhapur. Outside the office, Mahanand remains active in local social and sports community initiatives in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Two Decades in the Same Industrial Belt

  1. 2005

    Founded

Unity Facilities Pvt. Ltd. is registered and opens its Pimpri-Chinchwad office, offering statutory compliance and manpower staffing services to manufacturing plants in the surrounding MIDC belt.

  2. Early years

    Compliance practice takes shape

As Chakan and Bhosari MIDC fill with automotive and engineering manufacturers, Unity's compliance consulting and government-liaison services become the backbone of the business — PF/EPFO administration, ESIC registration, and Factory Inspectorate coordination for plants that don't want to build that function in-house.

  3. Growth

    Manufacturing services added

Job work, turnkey manufacturing-unit setup, and full production outsourcing are added as service lines, extending Unity from a compliance/staffing vendor into a broader manufacturing-support partner for plants standing up new capacity.

  4. Expansion

    Nashik and Kolhapur branches

Unity opens branch offices in Nashik and Kolhapur to serve manufacturing clients outside the immediate Pune–Pimpri-Chinchwad belt, while keeping Pimpri-Chinchwad as the corporate headquarters and compliance hub.

  5. Today

    20 years, 16+ manufacturing clients

Unity Facilities serves manufacturing plants across the Pune industrial corridor — including MNC-owned facilities such as John Deere, Hager, and Enercon — with an integrated offering across manufacturing support, compliance/legal/government liaison, HR services, and facility/corporate services.

Our Mission

To let manufacturing plants in Maharashtra focus on production by taking direct, accountable ownership of the statutory compliance, staffing, and facility-operations work that surrounds it.

Our Vision

To be the compliance and manpower partner that Pune's manufacturing belt calls first — not because we are the largest facility-management company serving the region, but because we know the statutes, the government offices, and the shop floors better than a generalist vendor can.
