Staffing & Placement
Staffing and placement is Unity's manpower-sourcing service for manufacturing and corporate roles — skilled and unskilled — run through a dedicated Placement Cell that maintains a working pipeline of candidates across the Pune industrial belt, rather than sourcing reactively each time a client has a vacancy. For plants running production lines that can't afford an unfilled shift, that standing pipeline is the practical difference between staffing and just recruiting.

A standing candidate pipeline
Staffing and placement runs through a dedicated Placement Cell that maintains a standing pipeline of skilled and unskilled candidates across the Pune industrial belt — so filling a vacancy or ramping a new line starts from an active bench, not a cold search.
Every placed worker is onboarded with full statutory documentation — PF, ESIC, and Contract Labour Act registration where applicable — applying the same compliance discipline as our compliance consulting practice at the point workers are actually deployed.
How it works
Role and skill definition
We work with your production or HR team to define the role — skill level, shift pattern, and any technical certification required — before sourcing begins.
Candidate sourcing
Unity's Placement Cell draws on its regional candidate pipeline across Pune's industrial belt to identify and screen candidates matching the role.
Deployment and documentation
Candidates are onboarded with full statutory documentation in place — PF, ESIC, and contract labour registrations, where applicable — before deployment to your site.
Ongoing roster management
For clients with continuous manpower needs, Unity manages roster continuity, replacement sourcing, and shift coverage as an ongoing service rather than a one-time placement.
Compliance specifics
Every worker Unity places carries statutory obligations that don't disappear because the worker is contracted rather than directly employed. Where staffing is provided as contract labour, the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act governs licensing for both Unity as contractor and your plant as principal employer. Every placed worker's wage structure is checked against the Minimum Wages Act for their employment category, and PF (EPFO) and ESIC registration is handled as part of onboarding.
This is the same compliance discipline behind our compliance consulting practice, applied at the point workers are actually placed — not left as a gap between staffing agency and client.
