Transition planning
Unity plans the handover of the process, including manpower deployment, supervision structure, and any equipment or space arrangements, minimizing disruption to your upstream and downstream production stages.
Ongoing production management
Once live, Unity manages the day-to-day running of the outsourced process — staffing, supervision, quality control against your specification — as an accountable, contracted extension of your production line.
Performance review and scaling

Compliance specifics
Full process outsourcing means Unity's workforce is performing sustained production work, which brings the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act squarely into play — registration, licensing, and worker-welfare obligations for contract labour deployed on an outsourced process. We also manage compliance with the Minimum Wages Act for the workforce assigned to your process, and the underlying Factories Act obligations for the premises where the work is carried out.
This is deliberately handled as Unity’s obligation, not yours — the entire commercial logic of outsourcing breaks down if the client still carries the compliance exposure.
